Errors SBL-EAI-04307 and SBL-EAI-00144 Occurred When Trying to Generate WSDL for Web Services Based On Workflows (Doc ID 2744007.1)

Symptoms

After upgraded the Dev environment from 20.9 to 20.11, few changes were made to an inbound Web Service based on Workflow.

When trying to generate WSDL on the inbound Web Service,  the below errors with error codes SBL-EAI-04307 and SBL-EAI-00144 occurred:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Dev environment from 20.9 to 20.11
2. In Siebel Tools, make some changes to an inbound Web Service based on Workflow
3. In Siebel Application, go to Administration - Web Services > Inbound Web Services,  click the Generate WSDL button, the above errors occur.


Changes

 The environment was upgraded from 20.9 to 20.11.
