ADM Project In Migration Application Does Not Complete, The Process Stays In Progress (Doc ID 2744143.1)

Symptoms

When running migration application using an ADM project on 20.12, the process runs and does not complete. The process stays 'in progress'
It is expected that the process completes using the ADM project when migration application is run


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an ADM project using Personalization objects
2. Open migration application and add the ADM project to the migration source
3. Run the migration process, this does not complete

There are no errors in the migration.log
