In Siebel Patch 20.11 While Performing Repository Upgrade Workspace Delivery Utility Fails (Doc ID 2744866.1)

Symptoms

On : 20.3 version, Installation

When attempting to run Repository Upgrade for Siebel patch 20.11 the following errors are returned in siebdevcli.log file:

Repository upgrade is running fine until is trying to deliver automatically current workspace to Siebel "int_siebel_update" workspace.

It was also tried to deliver same workspace in Siebel tools resulting in a Siebel tools crashing.

Changes

Siebel patch version 20.11 was applied from version 20.3.
