Symptoms
When starting the Siebel server components, the logs capture huge volumes of the following error:
ERROR
-----------------------
SQL0423N Locator variable "1" does not currently represent any value. SQLSTATE=0F001.
Steps to reproduce:
-Upgrade application from IP14 to 20.8
-Start the Siebel Server services
-Notice the issue occurring
Changes
Upgrade Siebel from previous version to IP 2017 Siebel 20.8 Update.
