Order And Order Item Records Created From SIS OM Active Order Sub-Process Have TXN_MOD_NUM=null In Docking Table (Doc ID 2745712.1)

Symptoms

Running Workflow 'SIS OM Active Order Sub-Process' causes the TXN_MOD_NUM value not to update. This column needs to be updated incrementally for Remote to work correctly

It is expected that after the workflow is run, the TXN_MOD_NUM value should be updated incrementally


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create an Account, note the row_id

- In the Business Service simulator, add in the following inputs

Process: Workflow Process Manager
Sub process: Run Process

Input arguments:
Process Name: SIS OM Active Order Sub-Process
Account Id   < needs an account set up
Currency Code < currency code needs setting up
Just 3 mandatory fields

ProcessName: SIS OM Active Order Sub-Process
Account Id = <id from the account added>
Currency Code = INR

- Run the simulator and review the db, the TXN_MOD_NUM value is not updated
