Symptoms
siebel-error-message tag is changed to 'Siebel-Error-Message' in response header when any error is occurred while triggering Inbound Web Service
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trigger Inbound Webservice
2. Check for the Response Tag if any error is occurred
3. Observed siebel-error-message tag is changed to 'Siebel-Error-Message' in response header
