In Ara Language: The Attachment Button Is Not working In F9 (Doc ID 2748239.1)

Symptoms

In Arabic language when user clicks the attachment button in Send Email Screen nothing happens.


STEPS

  1. Log in Siebel App ARA language.
  2. Navigate to Accounts.
  3. Press F9.
  4. On the Send Email Window Pop UP click on the attachment icon that allow you to attach a file but nothing happens.
