Symptoms

Import WSDL in Siebel Tools crashes the tools and following errors are seen in siebdev.log


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Siebel tools
2. Create a New workspace
3. Use wizard new object---EAI-->Webservice-->import wsdl
