When trying to schedule an Activity by clicking on the the "Book Appointment" button the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Make sure the the AppBook component is Online
2. Logon to the Siebel Application
2. Locate an Unscheduled Activity and set it to Region 1
3. Click on the "Book Appointment" button
