Symptoms
In the out-of-the-box "Siebel Financial Services Mobile" after pressing the "Settings" button (under the User icon - in the top right corner) an error is returned and that view cannot be accessed:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Mobile FINS application;
2. Go to Settings;
3. See the Error returned.
Due to this issue, the Mobile application user(s) cannot review or change various User Profile settings - such as Default start-up view, Navigation style and few others.
