'Error Exception' connector is visible in Siebel Tools but not in Siebel Web Tools UI
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Open Web Tools
2) Goto Workflow Process in Object Explorer window
3) Check for the 'Error Exception' Connector from the Palattes
