LOY Member Promotion View Slow Due To Large Number of Loyalty Criteria And Actions

Symptoms
When the member > promotions view is accessed the first time, the performance is poor. In some cases the view does not open
The page should load immediately
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Loyalty Member
- Drilldown, select Promotions
- 'Applicable promotions' child view opens
- Navigate to 'registered promotions'
The view takes minutes to open and in some cases the timeout occurs before the page loads
Changes
The number of Loyalty Promotions was increased, each with a number of criteria and actions
