Creating gateway security profile with LDAP Fails in Siebel 20.12 version

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Successfully completed step1 of  Identifying the gateway host and port number
2. when creating gateway security profile with LDAP  Authentication with NON SSL port 389, it fails
