Application Crashes When Inspecting New Workflow (Doc ID 2754160.1)

Symptoms

When trying to inspect a developer workspace with a new Workflow and change to an existing Business Service,  the Web Client crashes with below crash call stack in the crash.txt file:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) In Siebel Tools, create a new developer workspace
2) Create a new simple workflow
3) Do a simple change to an existing Business Service 
4) In Siebel Web Client
5) Open developer workspace created in step 1, click on the Inspect button, and the above crash occurs
