Symptoms

When creating an account in the Siebel application, select the address record in address MVG and click on 'Add'. Immediately remove the same selected address. It is throwing an error:
"SBL-DAT-00222: An error has occurred creating business component 'UCM Account Source Data and History' used by business object 'CUT Admin Account'.
