Inbound HTTP Service Which Executes Workflow Contains HTTP Response Headers With Space. (Doc ID 2754966.1)

To test this scenario, please follow the below instructions.

1. Create below entry in eai.cfg (<SiebelHome>\ses\siebsrvr\BIN\enu)

Testservice = Testservice

2. Create the same profile in Administration -->Server configuration --->Enterprises-->Profile configuration

Profile name: Testservice
DispatchMethod: Test Method
DispatchService: Test Service

3. Create custom business service with the below script i.e to call workflow.

Business Service Name : Test Service
Business Service Method Name: Test Method

With 2 input arguments

Object Id -- Input argument with data type as String
SiebelMessage --Output argument with datatype as Hierarchy

function Service_PreInvokeMethod (MethodName, Inputs, Outputs)
var svc = TheApplication().GetService("Workflow Process Manager");
var Input = TheApplication().NewPropertySet();
var Output = TheApplication().NewPropertySet();
Input.SetProperty("ProcessName", "Test Workflow");
Input.SetProperty("Object Id", "1-GOUL");
svc.InvokeMethod("RunProcess", Input, Outputs);
return (CancelOperation);

4. Created simple workflow "Test Workflow" with Query of EAI Siebel Adapter.


URL : https://<AI HOSTNAME>:<AI HTTPS PORT>/siebel/app/eai/enu

Request Body:

SWEExtSource: Testservice
SWEExtCmd: Execute

 We see below headers with spaces. Remaining all headers are without any space. External systems expect that response HTTP headers shouldn't contain spaces.
