Symptoms

When trying to Preview or Generate Test Urls from WSD not getting any response
The response should be generated by WSD

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Site Map -> Landing Sites
2. Create a new Landing Site
3. Select Preview and Deploy

Changes

 A new WSD installation had been added and testing was being run
