Siebel EIM Import From SIEBEL.EIM_CONTACT Table Failing With ORA-00001: unique constraint (SIEBEL.S_CONTACT_U1) violated Error (Doc ID 2759935.1)

Siebel IP13:

EIM Import from EIM_CONTACT table is failing and sending errors:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (SIEBEL.S_CONTACT_U1) violated and

SBL-EIM-00101: Invalid arguments passed to EIM

The follow steps can be executed to reproduce the issue:

Go to Siebel-root\siebsrvr\bin
Run command :

srvrmgr /g <gtwy-host> /e <enterprise> /u <user> /p <user-password> /s <siebel-server>
Run the EIM task:

Srvrmgr> run task for component eim with config=<job-name>.ifb, TraceFLags=1, ErrorFlags=1, SQLFlags=8
EIM job <job-name>ifb is configured as following:

It was informed that nothing was changed in the EIM Ifb job, since the last time it was executed.
