When attempting to run add new language import to repository, the process is failing at step update_ws_details_add_lang.sql .

1. Install new language binaries to existing Siebel 21.2
2. Invoke Add a Language to an Existing Siebel Database
3. Invoke Add Language to an Existing Repository, this is step is failing at step: update_ws_details_add_lang.sql
