sam.war File Is Not Created When Siebel Approval Manager (SAM) Is Installed Into Another Disk Drive Other Than C:\ Such As D:\ (Doc ID 2760319.1)

Symptoms

After installing Siebel Approval Manager 21.1 on Windows 2012 machine, the selected location is in a D:\ location.  The installation of SAM into D:\ completes without errors. However, the sam.war file is not created and so the Siebel Approval Manager application is not deployed on the server. As a result, it is not possible to use the Siebel Approval Manager functionality.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the SAM into D:\ location

2. The installation completes, there are no errors

3. However, check the D:\ location, the sam.war file is not created
