Unable to See 24 Hour Time Format In Calendar Based on Gantt Applet (Doc ID 2761899.1)

Symptoms

On : 20.8 version, Client Functionality

Time Format in Calendar is Displayed in 12 hours format where as 24 clock filed is set to 'Y' at language local.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login into Siebel Marketing
  2. Go to Administration - Application, Locale -Query for the required Language for ex: Enu
  3. Set 24-hour clock to Y
  4. Restart the Siebel Application Object Manager component
  5. Check the calendar time format on Marketing Calendar screen
