Symptoms
Implicit save not working when making changes to an opportunity record and using the Next/Previous record set controls.
STEPS.
- Connect to the CallCenter Application.
- Navigate to Activity List.
- Modify the value of the description of one opportunity in the form applet.
- Click on the Next record set or Last record set control in the list applet.
- Go back to the modified opportunity and observe the description is not showing the value set in 3.
