Symptoms

On : 21.1 and later versions ( including 21.2/.3 patchset version)

While performing Siebel CRM patch installation from 19.7 to 21.1/21.2 and 21.3 - Error in Workflow Upgrade For DR and DR Workflow Migration as part of PostInstallDBSetup step.

In Siebdevcli.log file you can see these errors. For most of users, there are no crash files generating, in this case below errors can be seen in workflowupgrade.log or siebdevcli.log file

1. Installed 21.1 PS on top of 19.7 and running PostDBinstallsetup as part of patch installation
2. PostInstallDBSetup failing at workflowmigration step and crashing
