Siebel Tools Crashing While Importing Rightnow WSDL To Create Web Service (Doc ID 2762728.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Tools crashing while trying to import a RightNow Service's WSDL file to create new Web Service.

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

  1. Launch Siebel Tools and create / open a workspace.
  2. Navigate to Application Menu, File --> New Object --> EAI --> Web Service
  3. Select a project to hold the objects created by WSDL / JSON file
  4. Specify the WSDL / JSON document file to import from
  5. Click "Next" button
  6. Notice Siebel Tools crashing.
