Dynamic Drilldown Is Not Working In "Tactics GanttChart Ax Applet - Home Page OUI" Applet

Symptoms
Dynamic Drilldown is not navigating to respective destination views upon drilldown on "Name" field on "Tactics GanttChart Ax Applet - Home Page OUI". Instead always navigated to "Campaign Administration List-More Info" view even type field value is not "Campaign". Where as in Siebel 8.1 drilldowns used to navigate to respective destination views based on Type value for Tactics Plan records
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Marketing application
2. In "Tactics GanttChart Ax Applet - Home Page OUI" drilldown on Name field other than Type "Campaign" Tactics Plan record.
For example select record of Type is Program, Event Plan...etc
3. System always navigate to "Campaign Administration List-More Info" without any data
4. If we drilldown on Tactics record of Type "Campaign" navigates properly to destination view "Campaign Administration List-More Info" with data
