EAI JMS Transport Send To SOA JMS Queue Having Security Policy Generates Error "Access denied to resource" And "Invalid Subject: principals" (Doc ID 2763099.1)

Symptoms

When Siebel JMS Transport tries to send a message to JMS SOA queue where the SOA JMS queue has a Security Policy configured on it, an error occurs.


This error only occurs when the SOA JMS Queue has a Security Policy configured for it.  When the SOA JMS Queue does not have any Security Policy configured on it, this error/situation does not occur.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Configure Siebel to post messages to a SOA JMS queue, the SOA JMS queue has a Security Policy configured on it

2. Make a JMS Transport Send method call to post message to the SOA JMS queue.

3. The error occurs intermittently.
