No Undo Option Available In WebTools For Web Templates (Doc ID 2763395.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel Web Tools there is no undo option in Web Templates Functionality. The undo works in the Siebel Tools - setting back the last change done.

Expected functionality:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Web Tools.
2. Navigate to Apples > Query for "SIS Account List Applet".
3. Navigate to Applet Web Template > Click on the Pencil.
4. Go to Edit.
5. Make a change, there is no option to undo it.

Changes

 Upgrade to IP17 and use Web Tools.
