NEW URL POPUP IN ATTACHMENT APPLETS ENDS WITH SBL-DAT-00498 ERROR AFTER SBL-UIF-00400 ERROR

Symptoms
There is 'New URL' button in attachment applet. When clicking the button, 'Add URL' pop-up is displayed.
If 'Add' button is clicked without filling URL field, the following error is displayed:
No attachment. Either a file or a url needs to be specified for attachment(SBL-UIF-00400)
Now, after closing the error pop-up, fill the URL field with a correct url and click 'Add', the following error is displayed:
'Attachment Name' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field.(SBL-DAT-00498)
To avoid this, you have to close the 'Add URL' pop-up, invoke 'Undo Record' and re-click the 'New URL' button.
