Adding Date Information On Salutation Applet Doesn't Work

Symptoms
To add date information on Salutation Applet, the following configuration is done:
(1) Go to 'Site Map'->'Administration - Personalization'->'Applets' view.
(2) Select 'Salutation Applet (WCC Home)'.
(3) In the Rule Sets applet, drilldown on 'Employee Salutation'.
(4) Check on Active field for DatePrefix and Date rules.
(5) Relogin. No date information is added.
