Inbound Emails Over IMAP Are Not Working, getting error : setConnectionParam failed (Doc ID 2763442.1)

We are using Siebel 20.5.
We have just completed BC switch over to different location Servers in Production. The inbound emails are not working. When I put the email in logDebug mode.
Got below error:
IMAPSMTP[03/21/2021 17:00:41:448]:DBG:Unlocked access to JVM reference
IMAPSMTP[03/21/2021 17:00:41:448]:DBG:setConnectionParam failed

Symptoms



When attempting to send  inbound emails 
the following error occurs.

ERROR

IMAPSMTP[03/21/2021 17:00:41:448]:DBG:Unlocked access to JVM reference
IMAPSMTP[03/21/2021 17:00:41:448]:DBG:setConnectionParam failed
