Symptoms
FINSeChannel Application is rendering blank page and following errors occurs in Object Manager logs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Update Siebel (application and DB) from Ver 16.19 to Ver 20.9.
2. Verify current Siebel application level is Ver 20.9. (verified using opatch)
3. Apply Siebel Application Patch Id 32372985
4. Verify current Siebel application level is Ver 21.1. (verified using opatch)
5. Execute Incremental Reposiroty Merge Development Environment UPGREP
6. Execute Incremental Reposiroty Merge Development Environment UPGPHYS
7. Login to FINS eChannel OM. Login FAIL! Ver 21.1.
