Symptoms
Siebel Update 21.2 for Application Interface (AI) is applied on top of 21.1 that has been working.
After that none of GUI is working, including SMC. When SMC is accessed, it fails with HTTP 404 error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
