After 21.3 Update Applet Inspect Does not Work Errors SBL-DAT-00389 and SBL-UIF-00303 (Doc ID 2764172.1)

Symptoms

Inspect does not work after 21.3 Update

Following errors in Object Manager Logs:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps in customer environment:
1. Created the new workspace ‘dev_xxx_contactlist’, modified Contact List Applet and interchanged First Name and Last Name controls in the list applet.
2. Login into the web client, navigated to Workspaces view and selected ‘dev_xxx_contactlist’.
3. Click on Open and Inspect respectively to inspect the workspace.
4. Close the workspace
5. Navigate to Contacts -> All Contracts View, the contact list applet disappeared in the view.
