Migration Application Is Failing At Unpackage Step On The Target Environment (Doc ID 2764187.1)

Symptoms

Migration Application is failing on the unpackage step when doing synchronous migration.

In the ai/applicationcontainer/logs/migration.log file the following error can be found:

[TRACE] 2021-03-04 06:18:17.946 [pool-656-thread-1] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.ProcessFlow:getResources Archive Id [1-46BYDUT] Resource [PreProcessing_Import] REST URL: https://host.fqdn:port/siebel/v1.0/MigrationFilePrepareAndDeploy/unPackage
[ERROR] 2021-03-04 06:18:17.946 [pool-656-thread-1] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.ProcessFlow:getResources Archive Id [1-46BYDUT] Resource [PreProcessing_Import] REST service return an error response
[ERROR] 2021-03-04 06:18:17.946 [pool-656-thread-1] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.ProcessFlow:getResources Archive Id [1-46BYDUT] Resource [PreProcessing_Import] Operation [unPackage] updating the status as 'Error'. Aborting the Execution 

The behavior could be reproduced outside SMA using the following cURL command:

The arguments in the payload are:

  "migrationid": "1-78ZO",                                         --- this is the folder where the files are extracted (transaction id), for testing purposes you can name it as you wish
  "sharedPath": "\\\\server_name\\folder_name",        --- this is the shared folder defined on the migration profile (migration package location)
  "zipFile": "fullsync_plan1-78ZO.zip",                         --- this is the zip file that was created upon the export from the source
  "operation": "unzip"                                                --- operation 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run migration application plan in synchronous mode
2. All the steps pertaining to export phase complete without errors
3. The execution fails when the import phase starts on the Unpackage step
