No Language Independent Code Exists For Value Error (SBL-DAT-00510 ) when Loading Marketing Campaign (Doc ID 2765801.1)

Symptoms

The following error was reported in a multilingual environment: No language independent code exists for value 'Aktif' and type 'EVENT_STATUS' with language 'ENU' in table 'S_LST_OF_VAL'.(SBL-DAT-00510)

The issue was reproducible  at will in two scenarios:

1. Navigate to Campaign -> Schedule  and try to create new activity for scheduling the execution of the campaign

2. Also it was reproducible for the campaigns that were already scheduled:  during the execution of  load campaign ('Marketing Campaign Load' workflow) the error SBL-DAT-00510 was occurring during step 'Update Schedule Activity'.

Changes

 The error was occurring in a custom environment but same implementation was working for years and the error started to occurs suddenly for all campaigns.
