Crash Of EAI Object Manager Component While Calling Inbound Webservice With Workspace Name In The Request URL (Doc ID 2767669.1)

While calling Inbound webservice with Workspace name in the end point URL, encountered crash of EAI Object Manager. Crash is not reproducible with every inbound webservice. Its specific to a scenario.

Sample scenario is custom parent workflow which in turn calls many sub processes. Crash is only when the sub process (which is called on write record of Order Entry-Orders BC) contains "Query" of "EAI Siebel Adapter".  

1. Create a new workspace by name "dev_sadmin_ws1"

2. Create a simple workflow with Start --> "Insert" of "EAI Siebel Adapter"--> End ( used Order Entry IO) -- name of workflow is "Test Insert WF"

3. On WriteRecord of Order Entry- Orders BC,

Its success response. Issue is only when the request URL contains workspace
