Product Configurator Page Is Crashing With An Error : SBL-ISS-00666 After Browser Refresh (Doc ID 2767697.1)

Symptoms

Siebel application is crashing after browser refresh is performed in product configurator page




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to eSales Application

2. Navigate to Catalogue screen

3. Drill down on any customizable product

4. Click on customize button

5. Add any child product

6. Do browser refresh

7. Again add one more child product

After Step 7 :-

In 20.6 ==> It is throwing error message

In 8.1.1.9 ==> No error, Products getting added properly after browser refresh as well
