Symptoms
On Siebel 8.1.1.15, Template, Visit Type and Visit Start fields were added to Clinical Trip Report List applet and these fields were editable.
Now after upgrading to Siebel 20.6, the fields became read-only.

Upgraded from Siebel 8.1.1.15 to Siebel 20.6.
