Symptoms

When attempting to change the advanced options in a segment, the following error occurs.
Wrong extension . Only .txt extension is allowed


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. apply patch # 31690037 to OBIEE
2. Open a segment in OBIEE
3. Navigate to Advanced options, save as xml
4. Error occurs
