Hi,
We are using Inbound email response to create Service Requests. In the workflow we use Inbound E-mail Database Operations/FindRecord. It has been working fine. No change was done in the workflow.
All of sudden it is failing with the below error:
Error Messages :
-Error invoking service 'Inbound E-mail Database Operations', method 'FindRecord' at step 'Lookup Sender’ (SBL-BPR-00162) –
- No record matching the search specification is found.(SBL-CMI-00122)
This step uses Inbound E-mail Database Operations/FindRecord to find the Employee Record using Employee Number. Employee Number is passed correctly. Still it fails.
But when I ran this Business Service using BS Simulator it fetches the record.
Symptoms
On : 18.8 version, Comms Server & Email Response
When attempting to use Inbound E-mail Database Operations/FindRecord method via workflow ,
the following error occurs.
