Unable To Select "Upsert" For ADM "Deployment Mode" For Multi-Language Environment (Doc ID 2768486.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new ADM Project Items and set the Deployment Mode to "Upsert". The Deployment Mode is getting change back to "Synchronize", when trying to add the Deployment Filter.

Another thing is if you trying to set the Deployment Mode to "Upsert". It shows 3 records as shown below. Then if you click again on the Deployment Mode picklist. The Deployment Mode it will change back to "Synchronize",

 

 

 

In the Application Object Manager log file, we notified the following error message below that is highlight in red color. This occurred when the query below was executed set the Deployment Mode to "Upsert".
