The Login Page of Siebel Is Loading 3 Minutes and Every Request Is Calling Bootstrap (Doc ID 2768719.1)

The Siebel login page is loading for more than 2 minutes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps when the Zookeeper Registry Client port cannot be properly accessed from the AI Machine(s)

1. User attempts to open the Siebel login page.

2. Blank screen can be observed for more than 2 minutes.

3. The login page is finally displayed.

4. After entering credentials the homepage is immediately displayed.

5. The same behavior is replicable when the browser is closed after logging out.

The Zookeeper Registry Client port can be identified by reviewing the value of the "clientPort" parameter in the zoo1.cfg file.

The following errors can be observed in the GatewayServiceFramework.log:
