Symptoms

Inconsistency in error message when entering invalid date value in dates field

1. When we are querying on date field as "2021/1/3" (YYYY/DD/MM) format we are getting the error:

" The value "2021/1/3" can not be converted to date time value (SBL-DAT-00359)"

2. When we are querying on date field as "25/1/2021" (MM/DD/YYYY) format we are getting the error:

"Please try again or ask your system administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists (SBL-DAT-00421)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Activities.
2. Create one activity and enter in "2021/1/3" start date field then press tab.
3. Observe the error then try with "25/1/2021".
