Symptoms

When attaching file attachments over 500K, any view with attachments screen shows file uploaded is 0 size.
SBL-UIF-00230: The file RE_ Siebel Attachments.msg could not be found on any specified file system.

Therefore resulting in File which is not attached.

Changes

Created incorrect folder in FS /fs/atttemp

Cause
