Unable to Attach a second Attachment File in Siebel Application from Mobile Device - Error: "An Attachment with this name already existis. Would like to replace it?" (Doc ID 2772606.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to attach a second file in Siebel Mobile Application, another record with the same attachment name (image) was displayed and then an error occurs:

STEPS
---------

1.Login to Siebel Application using Siebel Mobile App or Browser from mobile device.
2.Go to Attachments view. For example, login in ePharma application navigate to attachments under Accounts or Contacts screen.
3.Add a file with any extension. The record gets created.
4.Try to add another file with different or same type as the previous one.

Observed Behavior: It attaches the same document attached in step 3 again (with same name) though we try to attach a different file.
