Getting Error SBL-DAT-00468 When Deliver Int_siebel_update Workspace To Main

Symptoms
When attempting to deliver the new int_siebel_update workspace which was created as part of RepositoryUpgrade.exe process to Main, the following errors occurred:

WS_DELIVER_int_siebel_update_0.log:
Symbolic String Name should have the prefix [X_].(SBL-DEV-00520)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel Tools
2. Open int_siebel_update workspace
3. From Workspace menu, choose Deliver option to deliver the workspace to MAIN
Changes
- Upgrade to Siebel 21.4
- PostInstallDB utility was executed successfully
- Repository upgrade was executed successfully
