Symptoms
"eCalendar Daily Applet Home Page - HI" not displayed at the expected location on Home Page View
After upgrading from Siebel IP 2013 to 20.12 patch update, "Home Page View (WCC)" does not display "eCalendar Daily Applet Home Page - HI" when "Sales Message Alert List Applet Tiny" is placed before the former.
After modifying this Applet's Item Identifier to 217, it becomes available, but not in the correct location.
The issue can be reproduced through the following steps:
------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Using Siebel WebTools, navigate to Views, edit "Home Page View (WCC)" and configure "eCalendar Daily Applet Home Page - HI" to Item Identifier position "217".
2. Drag and drop "Sales Message Alert List Applet Tiny" to Item Identifier position "215".
3. Login to Siebel application, open the corresponding workspace, and Inspect that workspace to notice ""eCalendar Daily Applet Home Page - HI" is not visible.
Changes
The order of Applets and their display is not working after upgrading Siebel from IP 2013 to 20.12 patch update.
