Symptoms

When upgrading Siebel to IP2017 and higher, the following error occurred during the UPGREP process.

the following error was found in the srvrupgwiz1.log

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "SIEBEL.S_SEQUENCE_PKG"
