Not Able To Upgrade Disa From 21.2 Or Prior Version To 21.3/21.4 (Doc ID 2773368.1)

Symptoms

Tried to Upgrade DISA to DISA 21.3/DISA 21.4 from DISA 21.1 and observed that "Nothing happening behind OK button on the upgrade popup window"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install DISA 2.20.1

2. Now try to Install 2.20.3/2.20.4.Here it will ask to select the existing

version(2.20.1) to upgrade

3. When user clicks on OK nothing happening
