Missing Attachment Records After Refreshing The Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Service Request Detail View w/attachments, if there are more than one attachment record, refreshing the page will cause all attachment to disappear except one.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Request.
2. Drill down on a Service Request that has more than one attachment.
3. Click on F5 to refresh the screen
Observe only one attachment record is displayed.
